Cold wave persisted in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday with a number of places in state shivering at sub-zero temperatures, meteorological department said. Tribal district Lahaul and Spiti's administrative centre Keylong remained coldest place in state at minus 10.8 degrees Celsius, , Shimla MeT Centre Director Manmohan Singh said.
