The Manipur Singam Vinca Day lottery is a popular weekly lottery. The Supreme Court has allowed the state to conduct lotteries legally. The ticket face value is as low as ₹ 6. The first prize of Manipur lottery is ₹ 27 lakhs. The second prize winner of the Manipur lottery gets to take home ₹ 5,000. The third prize is ₹ 1000, the 4th prize of the Manipur lottery is ₹ 700, the 5th prize is of ₹ 500 whereas a consolation prize of ₹ 10,000 is also given to the Manipur lottery ticket holders with matching serial numbers.

The Manipur lottery will be announced soon at 4 pm. Two more lotteries are conducted in a day by Manipur state in the morning and evening at 11:55 am and 08:00 pm respectively. The 8:00 pm evening lottery is called Manipur Singham Plumeia lottery and the morning lottery is called Manipur Singham Tagetes lottery. All the three lotteries, in the morning, day and evening have the first prize of ₹ 27 lakhs. The winners need to produce valid authentication at the Director of Manipur Lottery office in Imphal to receive the winning amount.
Things to remember
The lottery is conducted by the Director of Manipur Lottery, Sajenthong, Imphal, Manipur - 462004. Players can buy tickets from an authorized lottery retailer. To claim the lottery prize, winners of the Manipur lottery have to download a claim form or fill up the claim form in offline mode before submitting it to the Director of Manipur Lottery. According to the official website, the winner should submit the winning ticket along with the photocopy of the duly attested form by a Gazette Officer/Notary Public along with three passport-size photographs and an affidavit of ownership of the prize-winning tickets from any 1st Class Magistrate/Notary Public. The ticket should be intact and not damaged. Presentation of a damaged/tampered ticket will not be accepted. Prize money will be paid in the form of cheque/DD or will be directly transferred to the claimant's account after deducting the necessary changes.
