India's former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday slammed current dispensation, accusing m of misleing people. He said that government has only misled citizens in last six years as y have 'failed' to fulfill any of promises me to youth and farmers of India.
former PM was speaking at Congress' 'Bharat Bachao Rally' at Ramila ground in Delhi on Saturday. He also spoke of BJP's poll-promises including jobs for youth, doubling farmer income and improving GDP growth rate, while asserting that ne of BJP's pre-poll promises were fulfilled.

"Six years back Narendra Modi me fake promises to people of country. He promised that by 2024 ecomy of country will become $5 trillion. income of farmers would be doubled in 5 years, youth will get 2 crores job every year. It has w been proved that all promises were fake and he only misled people," said Manmohan Singh.
He also urged people to strengn hands of Congress party. "I urge all of you to strengn hands of Congress leers Sonia and Rahul Gandhi and d more power to Congress party," he ded.

Congress leers and workers from whole country joined rally, which was organised to talk about various issues including "sluggish ecomy, rising unemployment, and farmers' problems."

'Bharat Bacho' rally was earlier scheduled to happen on vember 30 but was later postponed to December 14 given Winter Session of Parliament, which concluded on Friday
At rally in New Delhi, several senior Congress members, including Priyanka Gandhi Vra, Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Jyotiritya Scindia, Sachin Pilot, Ashok Gehlot gave speeches which highlighted issues faced by people in country and incompetence of Modi government.
