Delhi BJP chief Maj Tiwari on Wednesday slammed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in an open letter claiming that an "uncontrolled panic" has set in Delhi as people are "terrified of drinking water supplied in city." Maj Tiwari's letter to Delhi CM comes after a report released by Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan showed that water quality in national capital did t meet quality standards. In last few days, Aam Ami Party government in Delhi and Centre have been at loggerhes over poor quality of water  in national capital.

"Do whatever politics you want to do but do t play with life of children, elderly and incent citizens of Delhi," said Maj Tiwari.

In his open letter, Delhi BJP chief mentioned that "a large number of people have come to him." All se people are "worried about safety of ir family and children." He mentioned that an RTI revealed that 21 lakh people have been affected by diarrhoea in last four years. 

"It is difficult to differentiate between smell of sew and water that you are supplying as drinking water. Kejriwalji, you are chief minister," he wrote. 

Maj Tiwari in  letter asked  Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to send his officers along with a special team created by Paswan and collect water samples from across city. "I as MP of rth-east Delhi would also accompany this team for collecting water samples," he stated. This team would go and collect water samples from different localities in Delhi which would later be analysed by a group of neutral experts for a "fair" and "impartial" judgement.

" We will also take media persons along with it and will also welcome you for purpose. Kindly intimate time and date when water samples should be collected," he said.
