Massive protest in Chamba over Manohar Lal murder

Panic gripped Himachal's Chamba on Thursday as a large number of people came out on ros protesting against murder of Manohar Lal on Thursday. Several Hindu organisations joined locals in protests demanding action against family of accused. Meanwhile, protesters have also given a call for bandh in Chamba to protest against gruesome murder 25-year-old youth.

Slogans raised demanding justice in Manohar Lal's murder case

Kamal Gautam, a Hindu leer who was leing protest, said that it was a brutal murder and a direct attack on Hindu community in Himachal Presh which is not tolerable. He ded, "It was not a normal murder. So we demand probe in this entire incident from central agencies, including NIA or any or agency to cover conspiracy behind killing of Manohar Lal."

Hindu organisations seek probe by cnetral agencies

Meanwhile, Hindu organisations have given memorandum to deputy commissioner with demand for investigation from Central agencies. protest has also been staged outside deputy commissioner’s office in Samba with demand for justice against Manohar Lal murder case.

Deputy commissioner of Samba Apoorva Devgn said that he has received memorandum from protesters and furr said that it will be sent to Governor of Himachal Presh. He ded that protesters were demanding proof from central agencies and that demand will be forwarded to Himachal Presh governor to take call.
