first confirmed case of vel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Telangana was reported from Hyderabad on Monday where a man from Bengaluru, who recently returned from Dubai, tested postive for virus.

"It has come to our kwledge that coronavirus-hit person in Hyderabad had gone from Bengaluru. refore, all members in house where he had stayed here have been identified and are under watch," Sriramulu tweeted on late Monday night.
minister said he has convened a meeting with additional chief secretary, commissioner and or senior officials of health department on Tuesday morning.

"Our government has initiated all measures to prevent spread of this virus," minister said.
It is learnt that 24-year-old techie had t contracted it when he was in Bengaluru but all precautionary measures have been taken.
