"Mother was known for her healing touch," PM Narendra Modi draws a chunk of nostalgia from his childhood

Taking the filter of politics off him, Narendra Modi shared the bits of his life that are least know. He gave a glimpse of his childhood and opened up about his mother Heeraben Modi

Brought up in a 40x12 feet home with a family of 8, Narendra Modi started his mornings early, at 5 am. He told how his mother would follow traditional routes of curing and healing to newborns and small children. He shared how he along with his brother would keep the 'chula' burning for his mother to use. 

Although Narendra Modi shared how his mother was unfortunate to not have an education, with the kindness of God, she had "special way of curing ailment"

Going down the nostalgic path, he remembered how mothers would queue outside their home as his mother was famed for her healing touch.

In the rest of the dialogue, Prime Minister Modi spoke shared of his childhood days when he helped his father with the tea stall and joined RSS curious child hoping to "do more" and how he adapted Hindi
