A minor girl was sold to a man in Gujarat by her own parents, for an amount of Rs 1.8 lakh. girl was mistreated and also raped several times by buyer. girl was sold off by her parents at age of 17 in name of marriage.

Buyer Rapes Minor Multiple Times

victim somehow escaped and came back to Indore where she lodged a complaint with police and narrated her ordeal. According to police, girl told m that man who bought her, kept her in a warehouse for two days where he used to rape her. 

6 Arrests Me So Far

police has registered an FIR under relevant sections of BNS and POCSO Act, and has also begun its investigation. So far, six arrests have been me and police is now on a look out for man who bought girl in exchange for money.
