To top it all District Magistrate has said there's 'nothing wrong' with it adding that it was just imparting practical lessons on cleanliness, according to some reports students were promised additional marks if they cleaned the toilets. The video purportedly shows two children sweeping and mopping a toilet at a primary school in Sinhara village of the district. As per local sources, a relative of an understudy shot a video on Monday when he discovered two young men cleaning the latrine of the school close to Khandwa area. One of the understudies supposedly revealed to him that the school chief had requested that they clean the restroom, promising them an extra five marks in the assessment in the event.

District magistrate says 'nothing wrong'
District Education Officer JS Raghuvanshi said an official has been sent to the village to conduct an inquiry. District Magistrate Tanvi Soundriyal, said there was nothing wrong if students did such jobs. Similar incident reported in Uttar Pradesh earlier this year
However, this is not the first such instance to have been reported from a state-run school in India. In July of this year, according to reports, six girl students of the Kasturba Gandhi Residential school in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki fled the institution after they were ordered to clean toilets and utensils. After they were tracked down and returned to the school, the girls alleged that the warden makes them wash utensils and toilets.
