NCW slams Mamata govt's inaction in horrific Murshidabad triple-murder

National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken cognisance of brutal, horrific and shocking triple-murder of a RSS worker, his pregnant wife and ir child in West Bengal's Murshidabad, over which BJP and RSS are holding massive protests demanding action by state government.
NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma has written to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and state's Director General of Police over gruesome incident and ir failure to nab culprits. RSS worker, his wife, and ir child were found dead at ir residence on October 9.

" lady was 8-months pregnant. police hasn't taken any action. After incident culprits vanished and weren't caught. Why are se things happening in West Bengal? re are so many questions that need an answer," she said, having earlier tweeted on matter.

" Commission is seriously perturbed and has vehemently condemned incident. Commission observed that in past two years, re has been an increase in crime against women. Most of criminal incidents have taken place in broad daylight in West Bengal and inaction by West Bengal police is furr boosting confidence of criminals," NCW's letter states. Here it is in full:

" way in which this sad incident has taken place in Murshidabad along with or similar murder incidents of BJP workers in past few days, shows poor condition of law and order in state, and situation is very tense," he said, adding, " politics did t stop even in Durga Puja festival. whole society has been criminalized and criminals are operating society and system. re is possibility of peace in state until this government is in power."
