Tirunelveli: A case has been filed in Tamil Nadu's Tirunelveli district against the owner of a NEET coaching centre for allegedly assaulting students.
According to a complaint lodged at the Melapalayam police station, the owner of Jalneet Academy, Jalaluddin Ahmed, is accused of physically assaulting students at the centre. The complaint includes CCTV footage of the incident as evidence, showing the owner hitting students with a bamboo stick and throwing footwear at a female student.
The complaint claims that several students sustained injuries to their hands, feet, and back due to the assault. The police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the allegations against Jalaluddin Ahmed and some of the centre's staff.
The video has gone viral across the internet, showing CCTV footage of a teacher-cum-trainer at a coaching institute mercilessly beating students with a bamboo stick and throwing footwear at female students.
