HRD Min Nishank inugurates 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' event in Delhi

Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has inaugurated a four day mega cultural and literary youth extravaganza ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat Parv’on Thursday at India Gate. fest was organized to reconnect and preserve widespre emotional bonds among people.
Nishank, in his inaugural speech, said, "It's a great opportunity to be a part of this mega event. I am amazed to witness our young students, spreing mess of national unity and integrity. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sansthan (KVS) is playing a prominent role in order to achieve dream of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat'."

Participants from different parts of country have gared in order to participate in four-day-long event. Nishank encourd participation of people who came from different parts of country.
Minister of State for HRD Sanjay Dhotre, KVS Commissioner Santosh Kumar Mall and CBSE chairperson Anita Karwal along with senior officials of HRD ministry, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti were prominent attendees of mega event.

Showcasing Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat
This event is primarily conducted to showcase spirit of 'Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat' and to promote communication and artistic skills of students through various competitions in which students will prepare projects on culture, customs, agriculture, industry, climate and topography of state or country that is allotted to m.

As many as 2,375 participants have come toger to participate in mega event. One of peculiarities of event is students of one part of country will be asked to exhibit cultural diversity of or parts of country or world which will help students to get an in-depth understanding and mutual respect for different tritions and cultures on which y will exhibit. On first day of mega event, 'Shobha Yatra', a cultural march-past was showcased by participants to objectify vision behind celebration.
