Nithyananda case: HC calls parent's claim of police torturing children 'baseless'

In ar case relating to Nithyananda, a parent has approached Gujarat High Court and claimed that re is torturous behaviour by police towards children who are present inside Nithyananda Ashram located inside premises of DPS East.
Petition claims police showing obscene videos to children
A fresh petition was filed by parent Girish Turlapati Rao in Gujarat High Court on Monday evening stating grievances that police officials carry out ir investigation in a harassing manner and that children are t being allowed to meet ir parents as well. petition also claims that police are showing obscene videos to children. legal team arguing for parents stated that re are transcripts of messs that are available to m which will prove that children are suffering and are being kept against ir will. y also claim to have letters written to m by parents who are currently settled abro but ir children are in Nithyananda's ashram in Ahmedab.

Public prosecutor termed claims 'absolutely baseless'
Public Prosecutor, Mitesh Amin, however, argued and assured that claims are 'absolutely baseless' and that re are 30 children who are still inside Ashram and all 30 of m are free to leave if y want to. " allegations of children being shown porn clips and obscene videos are baseless." Mitesh Amin argued before court.
