'NRC should be implemented across India', says RSS' Bhaiyaji Joshi

Bhaiyaji Joshi of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) on Friday, said that National Register of Citizens (NRC) act should be implemented all across India.

Bhaiyaji Joshi of Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) on Friday, October 18, said  National Register of Citizens (NRC) act should be implemented all across India in order to eliminate illegal migrants from country. "re is a need to implement NRC all across country. Every government must impose NRC as re are a lot of illegal migrants and re is a dire need to identify m. Our government must first focus on well being of its citizens," he said while dressing a press conference in Bhubaneshwar.

'Indians should be recognised'

He ded, "For any government, primary responsibility is to find out anti-national elements and anti-national activities and take requisite measures to curb it." He furr stated, "This Act of NRC is t against any community. We believe that those who come to our country are t citizens of India and are foreigners. Indians should be recognized. We should leave it to government for making a decision pertaining to migrants."

'Expecting results in favour of Hindu side'

Joshi also commented on Ayodhya case and said that he is hopeful that verdict of Supreme Court will be in favour of Hindus. "We have been saying this from past many years that hurdles to Ram Mandir construction should be removed. We are expecting results in favour of Hindu side," Joshi said.  Supreme Court bench on October 16 concluded hearing of Ayodhya case that lasted for 40 days. judicature is expected to deliver its judgment on Ayodhya case before vember 17, date on which current CJI Ranjan Gogoi demits office.

Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) leer also talked about abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and said "Earlier Kashmiri Pandits h to migrate from Valley despite being natives. But w after withdrawal of Article 370, victims should return to Kashmir. government must take requisite steps to create a positive atmosphere in region."
