Chetan Bhagat on the occasion of World Book Day sent an important message about reading books.

He tweeted about the event and wrote about the importance of reading books in an age where information is consumed digitally through videos. He also wrote about why one should always have a place for them in one's hearts despite the everchanging landscape of entertainment and information consumption.

"Happy #WorldBookDay to all. Read more books. Books are the only thing that build your concentration and imagination. Amongst the deluge of video content right now, have a place for books in your life, always!" tweeted the author of seven books.

His followers agreed vehemently and also credited him with their discovery of the joy of reading.

Bhagat, who tweets about current events, also tweeted about the ongoing Lok Sabha election.

Taking to Twitter on Tuesday when the largest phase of the 2019 polls is underway, Chetan Bhagat gave his analysis on the polls and further asserted that "tiny moves in vote shares can and will have a huge impact", as the results of the 2019 polls just almost a month away.
