"When Rajasekhar Reddy was alive, he did t divide assets. We all stayed toger, and before any distribution could happen, he left us in an accident. This fact is kwn clearly to Vijay Sai Reddy, as auditor. Yet, he spoke untruths kwingly. After Rajasekhar Reddy left us, we stayed toger as a family for 10 years, from 2009 to 2019. Jagan took his share as a dividend and gave 200 crores to his sister. According to MOU, Jagan had 60 percent and Sharmila 40 percent, but before MOU, y shared equally, as she had an equal right. I was a witness to this n and w," she wrote in letter.

"Later in Vijayawada, in my presence, it was decided which assets would go to Jagan and which to Sharmila. MOU of 2019 was drawn up with Jagan himself stating and writing it. Jagan took his share as a dividend, and YS Sharmila received Rs 200 crore as her rightful share. assets mentioned in MOU are t a gift from Jagan but his responsibility as y rightfully belong to her according to YSR’s mandate. He also promised to transfer to her certain assets, that are unattached, including Saraswati shares, and some properties, immediately, but did t transfer. Or attached properties are to be transferred to her after resolving cases," she stated.
She also highlighted that Sharmila was never involved in business matters but always stood by her bror’s political career, playing a significant role in his journey to power.

"She played a significant role in bringing Jagan to power. To every parent, all children are equal. It is difficult to watch one child being wronged by ar. As a mor, I feel I must speak up for child facing injustice. Amidst all lies, I am compelled to tell truth. se are facts. Neverless, y are still bror and sister. This is ir issue, and y will resolve it mselves," she added.
Vijayamma also expressed concern over growing rumors around family dispute, calling for an end to speculations.

"A stream of lies continues. Some are speaking kwingly, ors unkwingly, but rumors are spreading far and wide. This must t continue. This is t only unfair to my children but also t good for state. I had hoped t to come before you on this matter, but circumstances have made it necessary," she said.
Please do t fall prey to concocted stories and pulp fiction that is only aimed at demeaning family. If you believe you still love and care for our family, kindly put an end to this drama. Blood is thicker than water. I am sure my children will solve matter in a fair manner, sooner or later." she added.

She also criticized YV Subba Reddy, Vijaya Sai Reddy, and ors for misrepresenting her family's history.
"Recently, YV Subba Reddy, Vijaya Sai Reddy, and ors have forgotten that y are speaking about family reputation of YSR and have spoken many untruths. y claimed that YSR divided his assets while he was alive, which is untrue. Since our children were young, YSR put a few assets in our daughter's name and some in Jagan's name. This is t dividing assets; it is simply placing assets in ir names. YV Subba Reddy and Vijayasai Reddy listed some assets given to Sharmila. y should have also listed those given to Jagan. What YSR did was t a division; he simply assigned some assets to both children," she said.
Sharmila had earlier accused her bror of treating her unfairly, claiming Jagan's stance shifted after he became Chief Minister in 2019.
"Within a month of taking office, he proposed that we separate, insisting that separation was inevitable. He proposed a 60-40 split, which my mor also found unfair," Sharmila said.
