AIMIM president Asuddin Owaisi on Wednesday expressed outr over judgment of a CBI court in Luckw acquitting all 32 accused in Babri mosque demolition case and demanded that central investigating ncy go for an appeal.Calling judgement "obxious", he claimed it was 'contrary' to Supreme Court's observations in its verdict on vember 9 last year that demolition of Babri mosque was acalculated act of destroying a public place of worship and aviolation of rule of law.
If Supreme Court says that egregious violation of rule of law, was masjid sacrificed on December 6 (1992) by any magic ? Were idols kept by magic in 1949? Were locks opened when Rajiv Gandhi was prime minister by magic? Thats why I say that todays judgement is contrary to what Supreme Court said, he told reporters here.

Maintaining that all se were facts, he sought to kw how all accused have been exonerated. As a "proud Indian Muslim", he h felt helpless and humiliated when Babri mosque was demolished in 1992 and he felt same today, Owaisi said, alleging justice h been denied on matter since 1950.
