Pakistan continues to support terrorists to disrupt peace in Jammu and Kashmir: Governor Satya Pal Malik

Jammu and Kashmir Goverr Satya Pal Malik on January 25 blamed Pakistan for continuing its support to terrorists and engineering infiltration across Indo-Pak border to disrupt peace and harmony in state.

He said ministration was taking required measures to alleviate sufferings of border dwellers.

"Our neighbouring country (Pakistan) continues to support terrorists to disrupt peace and harmony in state," Satya Pal Malik said in his mess on occasion of 70th Republic Day. 

He said re have been repeated attempts to infiltrate terrorists across International Border and Line of Control. 

"Repeated ceasefire violations have brought untold hardships to people living in vills along borders," Satya Pal Malik said.

Goverr also hailed armed forces and state police for working tirelessly in maintaining unity and integrity of nation.

"On this joyous seventieth Republic Day, I extend warm greetings to people of Jammu and Kashmir. On this day, we remember and pay tributes to founding fars of nation who fought for our freedom and handed over to us a constitution that guarantees liberty, equality and justice."

"twithstanding tough terrain, climate and or challenges, our armed and security forces continue to maintain strict vigil and alertness on our frontiers," he said. 

"Our armed and police forces also carried out effective operations to neutralise largest number of terrorists ever in a year," Satya Pal Malik said.

"Our hearts also go out to families of civilians who lost ir loved ones in wanton violence," he ded in mess.
