Mumbai/Viral News: A man shared his ordeal in a viral post where he booked business class Air India flight (AI 105) for his office trip from New Delhi to Newark, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free journey, but unfortunately, that wasn't case.

According to viral post shared by Vineeth K on social media platform X, seats were a mess—dirty and worn-out—and at least five out of 35 were completely unusable. To top it off, flight took off 25 minutes behind schedule.

Vineeth furr says, Finally settling in after takeoff, sleep was a priority at 3:30 AM. But to my horror, my supposedly lie-flat seat refused to cooperate. After 10 frustrating minutes with crew, y managed to move me to anor functional seat.

As if experience couldn't get any worse, passenger discovered upon landing that his luggage h been damaged by airline.

To passenger's surprise Air India also deleted its post few hours after its tweet. To which passenger replied, ‘@airindia why did you delete post?’

This entire ordeal – b food, dirty and worn-out seats, non-functional entertainment system, and damaged luggage – cost a whopping Rs. 500,000 for a round trip.

While Etih offered a cheaper option, I specifically chose Air India for direct flights. Now, I'm left wondering if convenience was worth utter disappointment, asserted Vineeth.
