Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday landed in Chennai ahe of his second informal meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Taking to Twitter shortly after landing in Chennai, PM Modi said that he feels happy to be in great land of Tamil Nu. Prime Minister went on to say that he is gldened that Tamil Nu is going to hold Chinese President. He furr hoped for informal summit in Mamallapuram to strengn ties between India and China.

Mahabalipuram gears up for Modi-Xi meet

Chinese President Xi Jinping is going to be in Indian state of Tamil Nu from October 11-12. Tamil Nu government has me an array of preparations ahe of crucial informal summit between two world leers. security has been beefed up from all fronts across state, with ancient monuments and herit sites decked up for meeting between PM Modi and Xi Jinping.  two leers will have guided tours of three of most relevant herit sites in Mahabalipuram - Arjuna's penance, Krishna's butter ball, and Pancha Rathas. Mahabalipuram or Mamallapuram, being a historic town has been chosen for meeting, for having strong maritime tre connection with China since seventh century.

China's 'Asian Century' statement

Ahe of his arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping in Chennai,  Chinese state-run media has me a big statement on India-China relations. In an article published in China's mouthpiece Global Times, China has said that 21st century cant be Asia's century without cooperation of two countries.
