PM Modi awarded; Imran Khan chauffered Arab monarch, netizens contrast

Despite Imran Khan's desperate attempts to seek world attention, the Arab world shunned Pak PM by awarding PM Modi, asserting the status quo and power dynamics.

PM Modi being conferred with two awards by UAE and Bahrain on his 3-nation tour was contrasted by Pakistan PM Imran Khan chauffeuring Arab monarchs during ir visit to cash-strapped nation, amid strained relationship between both neighbours, India and Pakistan.

PM Modi was awarded '' of Renaissance by King of Bahrain and 'Order of Zayed,' UAE's highest civilian award by Abu Dhabi crown prince, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in a ceremony held at Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi a day earlier.

On one hand, amid conflict, while PM Modi was embraced by Arab world with  strongman Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan himself putting gold medal over Indian Prime Minister's neck, on or hand, Pakistan PM Imran Khan was seen driving Arab Crown Prince in a Mercedes to Pakistan Prime Minister House during putting  status quo coherently into perspective.

Pakistan seeks global support, receives rejection

In a desperate attempt to internationalise Kashmir issue, over abrogation of Article 370 and subsequent communication blackout in valley, a rattled Pakistan sought world attention to matter by alleging a systematic attempt of 'ethnic cleansing' in valley of Muslim community by PM Modi led government, however only found silence in return.

It told international community to support Islamabad over Kashmir saying if it has moral cour and that it should end New Delhi's use to 'greater military force against' Kashmiris. Fearing large scale violence in Valley, Pakistan prime minister wondered wher " international community have moral cour to stop this from happening?"

However, global community, including West and Arab world is shunned Pakistan and called Kashmir issue a 'bilateral issue' between two neighbour nations. Even Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) maintained ir mum over issue.

Pakistan's effort, through ir 'all-wear friend' China, to rake up issue at UNSC went downhill as well, after permanent countries including US, Russia, UK, and France maintained that issue should be resolved bilaterally. In fact, on Friday, United Nations Meet on Safety of Religious Mirities in New York called out Pakistan and China over abuse of mirities such as Ahmadis, Christians, and Uighur Muslims respectively in se nations. UN Meet on Safety of Religious Mirities laid bare bigotry and abuse against mirities in of Pakistan and China. 

Pak PM Imran Khan chauffeuring Arab monarch

Pakistan on June 23 received Emir of Qatar in Islamabad and was seen chauffeuring him around during his two-day visit to Pakistan. However, this was t first time that Prime Minister of Pakistan has gone out of his way to chauffeur Arab monarch, as a similar incident was recorded back in February when Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was on a bilateral visit to Pakistan, wherein he chauffeured Saudi Crown Prince to his official residence on arrival.

Abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir

PM Modi led- BJP government abrogated Article 370 from valley, taking away special status provided to state and subsequently put state under a communication blackout, deployed heavy troops to maintain unrest in valley propelled by Pakistan, backed by PM Imran Khan-led government.  government even bifurcated state into two and gave it status of Union Territories.
