Prime Minister Narendra Modi came forward and thanked 'Voice of Indian Cricket' Harsha Bhogle as well as head coach of Indian cricket team Ravi Shastri for supporting 'Janta Curfew' which will be observed on Sunday to fight deadly COVID-19 that has spread its tentacles all over world.

'Let's join hands': Ravi Shastri

Taking to microblogging site, head coach of Indian cricket team urged one and all to join hands with Prime Minister and observe Janta Curfew on March 22 from 7 am to 9 pm IST. former all-rounder also added that everyone should exhibit utmost restraint as nation fights deadly coronavirus. Meanwhile, Shastri also shared an im of  Do's and Don'ts to tackle COVID-19.

'I liked appeal': Harsha Bhogle

Taking to micro-blogging site, 'Voice of Indian Cricket' wrote that he liked appeal from Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting whole country to rise to occasion. veteran commentator n urged one and all to fight this (COVID-19 ) toger. Bhogle n urged everyone to do all simple things and ensure that people who are dependent on civilians for ir livelihood are protected and that people need to be smart and avoid large garings.

Janta Curfew on March 22

Addressing nation on Thursday, PM Modi said, "Today, I ask you all for you support to implement Janata Curfew. Janata Curfew is a curfew of people and by people implemented by people itself. This Sunday, that is after two days - March 22, morning 7 am to 9 pm in night, all citizens should follow Janta Curfew."

Furrmore, he added, "With Janta Curfew in force, people should move out of ir homes, avoid taking roads, t gar in societies and stay at home. However, people associated with important duties can go out. success of Janta Curfew on March 22 and its experience will prepare us for upcoming challenges. I also urge state governments to ensure that citizens follow Janta Curfew."
