Police file charge sheet in Bhilwara rape-murder case, say minor was burnt alive
The 400-page charge sheet presented before the court on Saturday names nine of the 11 accused and a separate charge sheet would be filed against two minors allegedly involved in the crime.

Nearly a month after body parts of a mir who was gang-raped were found inside a coal furnace in Rajasthan's Bhilwara, police filed a charge sheet in court saying girl was alive when she was thrown into furnace.
400-p charge sheet presented before court on Saturday names nine of 11 accused. A separate charge sheet would be filed against two mirs allegedly involved in crime.

police have ded Section 326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) to charges against accused after forensic examination suggested that girl was burnt alive.
"Forensic examination report has suggested that girl was alive before being burnt in furnace. She could be unconscious but she was alive. So, IPC section 326 was ded in FIR," case investigating officer and Kotari DSP Shyam Sunder Bishi said. " charge sheet was presented before court on Saturday and next hearing is scheduled on September 8," Bishi said.

14-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped and thrown in a coal furnace on August 3 at Kotari in Bhilwara, w part of newly formed Shahpura district.
DSP said while some charred body parts of victim girl were recovered from furnace, ors were found scattered at various places, which were preserved for forensic examination.
