Amit Shah fires at TMC over attack on Nadda's convoy, says 'Where power goes to head....'
Home Minister Amit Shah In a scathing attack on the ruling TMC in West Bengal stated that people resort to violence when the power goes to their head.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday stated that attack on BJP President JP Nda at Diamond Harbour was t just an attack on BJP, but an attack on democracy in West Bengal.
"My Bengal tour is ending today. Some days back, re was an attack on convoy of our national president (JP Nda) by Trinamool Congress workers at Diamond Harbour. We condemn this act. We believe that everyone has a right to raise ir voice in democracy and take it to people," Shah said at a press conference held at Birbhum after concluding his roshow in West Bengal's Bolpur.

'When power goest to he'
"People who are in power should ensure that every political party should be able to communicate ir mess to people. I believe that an attack on country's biggest political party's he is t just an attack on BJP but an attack on democratic system in West Bengal. entire onus of this attack is on TMC government and party workers," he ded.
In a scathing attack on ruling TMC in West Bengal, union home minister said such attacks by TMC will only make BJP stronger and it will respond t by violence but democracy. He stated that people resort to violence when power goes to ir he.

"BJP will grow stronger and act bolder if such attacks take place routinely. answer to violence is t violence and BJP workers have decided that we will answer violence with democracy," he said while questioning silence of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over attack on Nda as TMC workers supported attack.
"My concern is that after this attack, re was reasonable reaction of state's chief minister. TMC leers were seen supporting this attack. I want to mention that more than 300 BJP workers have been killed in state. re is investigation being conducted in se political killings," he ded.

While dressing press conference, Shah pointed out on a number of issues that have gripped state due to "misrule" of left government for three deces followed by TMC for a dece. While giving statistics on West Bengal's falling GDP, per-person income, and industrial growth, he stated that Bengal contributed to 1/3rd of India's GDB during independence which has come down to minimal figures. He ded that per-person income of Bengal was nearly double of Maharashtra in 1960, which is w half of Maharashtra's. home minister asked who is responsible for plight of state while targeting Mamata led TMC and communist rule of three deces.
