HM Amit Shah lauds financial relief measures, says 'in line with Modi govt's mantra'

Union Home Minister Amit Shah appreciated the financial measures announced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday to provide relief to migrants, farmers and the poor under the second financial package worth Rs 20 lakh crore announced. Taking to Twitter, Shah stated that the 4 lakh 22 thousand crore loan for around 3 crore farmers shows the Modi government's commitment to the interest of farmers. The Home Minister also lauded other decisions including the Rs 86,600 crores loans, refinancing of 29,500 crores by NABARD and 6700 crores to help the farmers in the states.
Shah highlighted the Centre's decision to provide two months of free ration to migrant labourers and urban poor which will benefit 8 crore people and the One Nation-One Ration Card scheme which will allow migrant beneficiaries to get ration from their nearest ration shops. The Home Minister also welcomed the initiative of PMAY to provide affordable rental accommodation to these migrant labourers and poor homeless people.
'Modi govt's mantra - Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas'
Furthermore, Shah emphasised that with 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' as the Modi government's mantra, the relief measures introduced by the Centre will benefit all farmers, migrant labourers and the poor. He added that the decision to provide Rs 70,000 crore for expansion of CLSS will bring a positive change and around 2.5 lakh middle-class families will get benefits and will also generate a huge amount of employment.
