Amit Shah's '200+ seats in Bengal' & communalism claim against Mamata gets Trinamool reply
Trinamool has slammed Shah after his remark that appeasement politics in the state has hurt its age-old tradition of upholding India's spiritual consciousness

ruling Trinamool in West Bengal has slammed Union Home Minister Amit Shah after his remark alleging that appeasement politics in state has hurt its -old trition of upholding nation's spiritual consciousness. Retaliating to Union Home Minister's statement, Trinamool took to Twitter to counter-question Amit Shah over alleged 'misrule in UP', Chinese incursions and releasing PM CARES fund data in public domain.
Also, hitting back at Amit Shah, President of All India Trinamool Youth Congress Abhishek Banerjee, who is also Mamata Banerjee's nephew, said that Amit Shah "used ST Community & concerned family as a political tool" but did t speak to m, while questioning Amit Shah wher he came to Bengal only for photo-op.

retaliation by TMC comes after Amit Shah said on Friday that present "appeasement politics" in state has hurt its -old trition of upholding nation's spiritual consciousness.
"However, politics of 'tushtikaran' (appeasement) has hurt this glorious trition of Bengal. I hereby call upon people of Bengal to wake up and perform ir responsibilities to bring back glory of state," Amit Shah said.

He arrived in West Bengal on Wednesday night for a two-day visit to take stock of party's preparedness ahe of 2021 assembly polls. While dressing a BJP meeting in Bankura on Thursday, Shah said BJP will win over 200 seats in next elections, and form its first government in state. He also said he can sense massive public anger against Mamata Banerjee government in West Bengal and death knell of her regime has been sounded.
He visited revered Dakshineswar temple on Friday where he offered puja to goddess by entering sanctum sanctorum of centuries-old shrine. After offering prayers, Union minister heed to eminent vocalist Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty's music school-cum- residence 'Shrutinandan', where he met his students and family members.

After Bihar, West Bengal will be next to go to polls in first half of 2021. Currently, West Bengal assembly is led by TMC which holds 222 out of 294 seats. BJP and TMC have been at loggerhes at several issues ranging from CAA to COVID-19 and BJP has also held protests against manner in which BJP leers and party members are being targeted in state. BJP has accused TMC led state government of orchestrating fatal attacks on BJP leers which have led to death of several leers.
