dressing media, Gandhi scion blamed Union Territory ministration for failing to provide security to pan-India foot march, alleging that arrangements completely collapsed, with police officers deployed nowhere to be seen.

"My security personnel were against me walking ahe. After listening to him, I h to postpone my journey. I hope that proper security arrangements will be me for yatra tomorrow and day after," said Gandhi, speaking to reporters in Anantnag. Yatra reached Khanabal area of Anantnag after entering Kashmir Valley through Qazigund.

“re is no security. We cannot allow Rahul Gandhi to go ahe without security. Even if he wants to walk, we can't allow it. Senior security officers have to come here,” said Venugopal.
However, after 20 minutes yatra resumed, with Gandhi scion being ferried to car, even as ors walked ir way to Anantnag.

'Govt stooped down to anor level'
Congress general secretary in charge of communication Jairam Ramesh slammed ministration for 'stooping to a new low' by 'playing' with security of Rahul Gandhi in Kashmir valley.
"India has alrey lost Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, any government or ministration should desist from doing politics on such matters," Ramesh wrote, in a post uploed on microblogging site. Notably, march will culminate with Gandhi unfurling national flag at party hequarters in Srinagar and dressing a grand rally at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stium on January 30.
