Big: Uddhav Thackeray NOT keen to be Chief Minister, say sources

As the looming question over govt formation continues, it is reported that Uddhav Thackeray is not keen on becoming the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

While looming question on government formation in Maharashtra continues, it is reported that Shiv Sena party chief Uddhav Thackeray is t keen on becoming Chief Minister of Maharashtra. In meantime, Congress and NCP have urged Shiv Sena supremo to reconsider decision. Uddhav Thackeray along with his son and party MLA Aitya Thackeray held a brief meeting with NCP chief Shar Pawar in  wee hours of Friday, on vember 22. This was reportedly one of discussions during meeting held last night at Silver Oak with Shar Pawar.

Since ne of major political parties could garner eugh numbers for government formation, President's Rule was imposed in Maharashtra on vember 12. Hectic parlays are currently underway in NCP, Shiv Sena, and Congress camps to forge a post-poll alliance in State.

It was furr reported by sources close to Shiv Sena, that its leers Arvind Sawant and Subhash Desai are considered to be frontrunners for post. However, challenge for Uddhav Thackeray will be to get approvals from Eknath Shinde and Sanjay Raut for eir Subhash Desai or Arvind Sawant.

Cong-NCP choose 'Maha Vikas Aghi' over Sena's 'Maha Shiv Aghi' for alliance

Earlier in a big scoop from ongoing NCP-Congress meetings regarding Sena-NCP-Congress alliance, sources revealed that it has been suggested that new alliance will be named “Maha Vikas Aghi”, similar to Maha Aghi (NCP-Congress) alliance. Sources furr report that Congress turned down Shiv Sena's offer to name alliance ' Maha Shiv Aghi' stating that it will t compromise on its ideology, as per sources. Sources also report that final anuncement will be me on Friday, vember 22, regarding  terms and conditions of alliance.

In dition, Sanjay Raut recently opined all three parties, Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena will soon reach a conclusion and a government will be formed in State under leership of Shiv Sena.
