BJP Maha President lists blunders of MVA government; corners Uddhav Thackeray on Hindutva
BJP Maha President Chandrakant Patil slammed the Uddhav Thackeray-led MVA government for its "huge list of blunders" and setting aside the idea of 'Hindutva'.

Maharashtra BJP President Chandrakant Patil reiterated his party's stance on 'Hindutva' ideology and slammed Uddhav Thackeray government for its "huge list of blunders". During his dress at a press briefing, Patil said that 'Hindutva' has been ir 'breath' right from agitation to revoke abrogation of Article 370 and asked Maha Vikas Aghi (MVA) about its actions following Palghar lynching.
He furr stated that 'Hindutva' ideology took a back seat after 2019 as hunger for power took over Thackeray government and accused m of mocking those collecting funds for construction of Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

Chandrakant Patil lists MVA government's 'blunders'
From concerning state of floods to halt of Metro development in state, Patil listed "blunders" carried out by Uddhav Thackeray-led MVA government. Patil also took swipe at MVA for changing name of ir coalition from Maha Shiv Aghi to Maha Vikas Aghi and alleged that y h an "allergy" even to name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
BJP President also revisited naming of 2.9-km Ghatkopar-Mankhurd Link Ro after Shivaji Maharaj, an issue which was smeared in controversy as BJP blamed Shiv Sena of deliberately delaying nomenclature. He also spoke on controversies around loudspeakers over Azaan and Hanuman Chalisa and underscored over 35,000 cases registered against members of Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Samiti (MNS), party has been offered two seats in cabinet by CM Eknath Shinde.

Among list of alleged blunders, Patil also mentioned halt on development of Metro and Mumbai-Ahmedab bullet train project. project has hit a hurdle due to delay in land acquisition. Patil cornered MVA government over same as former CM Thackeray h allegedly said that bullet train project is useless for people of Maharashtra and inste demanded a bullet train service between Mumbai and Nagpur.
Patil cited se shortcomings of MVA as reason why Shinde, along with his fellow MLAs, broke away from Thackeray and raised ir voice against m. Meanwhile, Shinde, along with Deputy CM Devendra Fnavis is due to prove his majority during trust vote on July 4.
