“Love Jihad started during Congress rule in country. Tribals in Assam and Chhattisgarh are encourd daily to get converted (to Christianity). When people raise voices against act (in Chhattisgarh), Bhupesh Baghel says he is secular,” he said.

“Is killing Hindus your concept of secularism? This country belongs to Hindus and it will continue to be of Hindus. Do t teach us langu of secularism,” Sarma said.
Building a masjid for Babar after demolishing Ram temple is t called secularism, he claimed. “Religious conversion is t called secularism. Handing over land of Mata Kaushalya to Akbar is t secularism. Our concept of secularism has been given by Baba Saheb Ambedkar and our Hindu culture. We kw its concept. Secularism does t mean love jihad,” he said.

“In December, I am going to enact a law to ban polygamy in Assam,” he said.
According to Sarma, he recently said in Rajasthan that Ashok Gehlot government did t do anything after murder of Udaipur tailor Kanhaiya Lal and if something like that had happened in eastern state re would have been “retaliation within five minutes”.
“If a similar incident had happened in any of BJP-ruled states, government concerned would have settled everything within five minutes. But Congress does t do anything and keeps on ranting about secularism. Is secularism only for looting Hindus,” he said.
He accused Congress of worshipping Babar (referring to Muslim invaders) and t taking steps to build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
“We had said that we would build Ram temple after coming to power (at Centre) and in January temple construction will be completed... Congress remained in power for 60 years but y did thing for building Ram temple as y always worshiped Babar.
"se people belong to Babar, t to Lord Sri Ram. Those who belong to Lord Shri Ram, y fulfil ir promises. Modi fulfilled all his promises made to people,” he added.
Targeting Congress government for t fulfilling its promise of prohibition, Sarma said Bhupesh Baghel government has become well-kwn in country for “selling liquor”.
He urged people to vote for BJP minee Vijay Sharma and “bid farewell to Akbar to save Chhattisgarh from love jihad and religious conversion”.
Congress has re-minated its senior leader and state minister Mohammad Akbar from Kawardha seat.
Assam has been target of religious conversions and love jihad and is still struggling with se issues, Sarma said.
“ two issues… religious conversion and love for Akbar in Bhupesh Baghel government will make Chhattisgarh an Assam…This is beginning and if y are again elected to power, ir confidence will enhance and next level will begin in state,” he added.
