Congress chides PM Modi for not naming China in Ladakh speech, alleges 'weak' leadership
Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala on Friday slammed PM Modi for not naming China in his speech to the Armed Forces during his surprise Ladakh visit.

Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala on Friday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for t naming China in his dress to Armed Forces in Lakh. Mentioning that PM h also failed to name China in Mann Ki Baat on June 28, speech to nation on June 30, he questioned why former was so "weak" in face of Chinese aggression. On or hand, his senior party colleague Salman Khurshid sought to credit Congress leership for PM's visit to Lakh.
He stated that PM carried good wishes and support of entire nation. At same time, he contended that border was t right place to make a policy anuncement. According to former Union Minister, policy on China must be discussed in New Delhi.

Salman Khurshid remarked, "I think our party leership has contextualised this visit. PM has gone to give support to our men deployed at border, he carries good wishes and support of whole nation. Point is that is border right place to make a large prouncement of policy? Is he saying that re is place of war at border? Is he saying re is a place for war? It all should be said over here. I think rest of things should be discussed."
PM Modi visits Lakh
During his surprise visit to Lakh, PM Modi t only visited a forward location in Nimu at a height of 11,000 feet but also hospital where several soldiers injured in Galwan clash are recuperating. dressing personnel of Army, Air Force and ITBP in Nimu, PM Modi asserted that country's resolve of Atmanirbhar Bharat was strengned by ir sacrifice, valour and resolve. He opined that people were relaxed as country's security was in such capable hands.

He ded that every citizen is motivated to work day and night for India because of resolve shown by soldiers at border. On this occasion, PM observed that bravery shown by soldiers in Galwan clash h showcased India's strength to entire world. Ackwledging contribution of women soldiers, he stated that this was an inspiration for nation. were present for interaction.
