'Why send soldiers? Send RSS people to guard borders': Congress' Dalwai on LAC with China
Congress leader Husain Dalwai on Friday said the all-party meeting by PM Modi has been called "very late". He also attacked the RSS over Galwan Valley incident.

Ahe of all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss situation at India-China border, Congress leer Husain Dalwai on Friday said meeting has been called "very late" but "better late than never" He said that nation needs to kw about situation at border post Galwan Valley faceoff in which 20 Indian soldiers were martyred on Monday.
'Is this RSS shakha?'
Congress leer echoed Rahul Gandhi's factually-fatal and widely-panned line of attack and said that " Chinese have entered Indian territory and killed our unarmed soldiers. y bought iron sticks with m to cause dam and body died on ir side. I think Indian side has incurred huge dam. Our strategy failed. How could we send m without weapons."

Dalwai ded, "If y would have fought n I could have understood but y did t get an opportunity to fight. y just h sticks. Is this RSS shakha? Why send soldiers? Send RSS people. y'll guard border."
At least 20 parties to attend meeting
At least 20 political parties are likely to attend all-party meeting, called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss situation at border areas with China that is scheduled to be held on Friday at 5 pm, ANI sources said. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP president Jagat Prakash Nda will also be present in virtual party meeting.

According to sources, former BJP chief Rajnath Singh h on Thursday personally invited all leers on behalf of Prime Minister.

Among those who have been invited are Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi, Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray, TMC chief and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Left leers Sitaram Yechury and D Raja, NCP supremo Shar Pawar, DMK president MK Stalin among ors.

This is first time since eruption of border tensions in April that PM has called for an all-party meeting to discuss conflict. So far, his virtual meetings with opposition leers have been on coronavirus pandemic.

At least 20 Indian Army personnel, including a Colonel rank officer, h lost ir lives in violent face-off in Galwan valley area of Lakh on June 15. violent face-off happened on late evening and night of June 15 in Lakh's Galwan Valley as a result of an attempt by Chinese troops to "unilaterally change" status quo during de-escalation in Eastern Lakh and situation could have been avoided if agreement at higher level been scrupulously followed by Chinese side, India said on June 16.
