Criticizing Cyberab police encounter of rape accused, CPI(M) leer Sitaram Yechury, on Friday, tweeted that Extra-judicial killings are t answer. All 4 Hyderab rape accused killed
Earlier in day, Cyberab police confirmed that all four accused in Hyderab gang rape and murder case were gunned down by police when y allegedly tried to escape. police h taken accused to crime scene to recreate incident at around 4- 5 AM. Police state that one of accused tried to snatch police's gun and pelt m with stones to allegedly escape from custody. When accused tried to flee, police shot m 100 m away from spot - killing all four accused. A magisterial probe has been ordered into encounter, as per sources.

What is Hyderab rape case?
27-year old's burnt body was found by police under a culvert in Hyderab after ticed by passersby. victim's sister revealed that victim h called her saying that she felt scared as a lorry driver h lured her two-wheeler to allegedly repair a puncture. Soon after victim's sister called her again at 9.44 pm, victim's phone was switched off. Her body was found 25 km away from toll plaza. Mahabubnagar Court in Hyderab was designated to act as a fast track court to conduct trial against four accused who were housed in Chanchalguda Central Jail under 14-day judicial custody.
