'Dalali ki Dukaan': BJP Steps Up Attack Against Congress Over Priyanka Gandhi's Net Worth

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP ) on Thursday stepped up its attack on Congress and Gandhi family, accusing m of hypocrisy and corruption. BJP leer Gaurav Bhatia launched a blistering attack on Gandhi family, questioning sources of ir "ill-gotten wealth".

This comes a day after Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vra filed her nomination for Wayan Lok Sabha bypoll and declared a total income of over Rs 46.39 lakh in financial year 2023-2024, including rental income and interest from banks and or investments. He also accused Robert Vra, Priyanka Gandhi's husband, of hiding his actual net worth.

During a press conference in Delhi, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said, " people in country want to ask a few questions from 'fake Gandhis'. This affidavit (of Priyanka Gandhi Vra ) is a confession of corruption that se 'fake Gandhis' and ir bror-in-law Robert Vra have been doing... declared net worth of Robert Vra is lower than what IT department is demanding..."

Congress is Dalali Ki Dukaan Not Mohabbat Ki Dukan: BJP

Bhatia also took a jibe at Congress by saying " Congress is dalali ki dukaan not mohabbat ki dukan. y are number one in appeasement politics and corruption."

Launching a blistering attack on Rahul Gandhi for his old remarks that he me in 2018 over Rafale deal, in which he h alleged that BJP -led Centre h taken away money from poor and handed it over to industrialist Anil Ambani, Bhatia said, "We all know Rahul Gandhi is full of corruption. He said money taken from poor and given to Ambani. This is 11 year of BJP govt. No one can point a finger at us."

Bhatia, ded, “ entire country is asking Sonia Gandhi ji, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vra to furnish an explanation what were means of this prima facie ill-gotten wealth, quid pro quo, 'commissionkhori'... Robert Vra ...crime master gogo 'aaya hoon to kuch to leke jaunga'. Please answer, let nation know about it.”

Referring to Gandhi family as a symbol of hypocrisy, he said, "One should learn from Gandhi family, what is hypocrisy."
