Siding with ally India, Trump has allegedly directed Pakistan to lift restrictions on India-Afghanistan trade through land routes passing through Pakistan's territory.

Earlier in the day, Imran Khan was yet again left red-faced during his maiden visit to the country when activists from Balochistan protested against Pakistan PM during his speech in Washington DC.

The Pakistan PM's visit has been besmirched with several upsetting encounters including being snubbed at the Dulles airport on Sunday where Khan was greeted not by US officials by his own Foreign Minister and other Pakistani officials. Instead of taking his own country's airline, PM Khan took Qatar Airways flight and without a state limousine waiting for him, he took a bus to reach the IAD airport.
Ahead his visit, the World Baloch Organisation and the Baloch Republican (WBO-BRP) launched a mobile billboard campaign with 'Help end enforced disappearances in Pakistan' scripted over it in an attempt to urge the US President to take up the violation of human rights and the enforced disappearances in Pakistan's largest province, Balochistan.
