Amid the Maharashtra deadlock, JNU protests, Congress protests against the economy, BJP protests demanding Rahul Gandhi's apology, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy, on Sunday, posted a cryptic tweet saying 'Not for long'. The senior BJP leader who has been commenting on various issues like the Ayodhya verdict, Uniform civil code, Maharashtra politics, Hindutva, etc, has provided no explanation for the same. This tweet has left netizens wondering what is Dr Swamy talking about.

Swamy on Maha-confusion
Dr. Swamy had termed the unlikely alliance Sena-NCP-Congress alliance a 'Khichdi', adding if their govt is formed, re-elections will happen in Maharashtra within a year. He added that Shiv Sena's loss was BJP's gain as it would remain the sole Hindutva propagator in the country. He also wondered what conditions Sena will agree to within the Common Minimum Programme.

Swamy on 'Young Indian' case
He had also hailed the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)'s decision to uphold the Income Tax department's withdrawal of the charitable' status of 'Young Indian' from the assessment year 2011-12. He had slammed the Congress party top brass and stated that there was a criminal case, income tax case, money laundering case and the real estate case against them now. He had claimed, "After the cross-examination, the charges will be framed and probably by July have them in Tihar".
