Re: Farooq Abdullah's detention revoked but won't attend Parliament on health grounds

Sources within ministration believe that decision to slap PSA on Abdullah was taken by government after back-channel attempts to persue NC top leership t to hold any protests against Center's decision about abrogation of Article 370, failed. re was every likelihood that NC and PDP led by Mehbooba Mufti would have mobilized people against Center's decision, if y are released. H y t been detained. Things wouldn't have been rmal.
