Kamal Nath, Bhupesh Baghel to attend Uddhav Thackeray's swearing-in ceremony

Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath & Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel are going to visit Mumbai for Uddhav Thackeray's swearing-in ceremony on November 28.

chief minister of Mhya Presh, Kamal Nath and chief minister of Chhattisgarh, Bhupesh Baghel are going to visit Mumbai on Thursday, November 28 to attend swearing-in ceremony of Uddhav Thackeray. This comes as 288 MLAs from Maharashtra took an oath on Wednesday morning and Governor, Bhagat Singh Koshyari invited Shiv Sena chief, Uddhav Thackeray to form government in Maharashtra. In a letter inviting Sena chief to form government in Maharashtra, Governor said that Sena-NCP-Congress has unanimously elected Uddhav Thackeray as leer of  coalition called 'Maha Vikas hagi'. 

Aitya Thackeray invited Sonia Gandhi

Apart from inviting Prime Minister, it has also surfaced that Shiv Sena leer Aitya Thackeray has invited Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and former prime minister Manmohan Singh for ceremony. Around 400 farmers from various districts of Maharashtra have been invited and are expected to be present at Thackeray's swearing-in ceremony. On Tuesday, Thackeray was unanimously elected as leer of tri-party alliance.

After several twists and turns in Maharashtra politics, Shiv Sena chief, Uddhav Thackeray, along with his ‘Maha Vikas Aghi’, has been invited by Governor to form government in Maharashtra. All of this comes after, BJP leer Devendra Fnavis took an oath as CM of state on Saturday. He h taken oath to become CM along with former NCP leer Ajit Pawar, who took to  post of Deputy CM. However, Ajit Pawar did not have support from rest of NCP MLAs, thus BJP-NCP government was not viable. Supreme Court of India, in its verdict on Maharashtra's ongoing issue, stated that re will be a floor test on Wednesday at 5 pm, however, Devendra Fnavis resigned a day before and MLAs of state took oath on Wednesday morning.
