Ahe of Mhya Presh by-polls, Congress leer Kamal Nath on Saturday released party's manifesto. Kamal Nath alleged that Mhya Presh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has t done anything in last seven months except breaking coconut (a ritual to inaugurate/launch an event).
dressing a press conference after launching party's manifesto, Kamal Nath accused Shivraj Singh Chouhan of indulging in politics of deviation.

"Shivraj Singh Chouhan has t done anything or than breaking coconut, false anuncements and laying foundation stone in last seven months. Whenever an election comes, Pakistan, sometimes China, comes to fore to divert public attention. y are deviating public attention. Because Shivraj ji specializes in politics of deviation," Nath said.
Former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh, MLA Jeetu Patwari and or leers of party were present during launch event. Furrmore, party repeated issue of farm loan waiver in this manifesto.

"Shivraj used to say that loan of farmers was t waived off, but on floor of house, his own minister himself told that loan was waived off," he said.

Earlier on October 15, Congress h released a 'Vachan Patra' for upcoming Mhya Presh bypolls, but without featuring top leers Rahul Gandhi and Digvijaya Singh. Local reports on Thursday revealed that document featured Kamal Nath, Sonia Gandhi and Indira Gandhi - but t Rahul Gandhi who h been featured in 2018. State assembly's 28 seats will go to by-polls on vember 3 and counting on vember 10.
Commenting on development, Congress Leer Manak Agarwal said that several elections have been won under Rahul Gandhi and Digvijay Singh and hence y must be featured. Meanwhile, BJP cabinet minister Gopal Bhargava said that duo h t been featured as y 'would harm Congress' chances'. He ded that Congress kws that duo will only attack Centre to remain in front.

crisis in Kamal Nath government started when Congress alleged BJP of poaching 4 MLAs - two of which returned to Kamal Nath's folds. Soon, 22 MLAs including 6 cabinet ministers - loyal to Jyotiritya Scindia - quit party, reducing Congress to a mirity government with 92 MLAs. Following this, Scindia resigned from Congress and n joined BJP. After Nath stepped down as CM and Mhya Presh Speaker accepted all 22 MLAs' resignation, all of m promptly joined BJP. Three more Congress MLAs have joined BJP since n - vacating 27 seats in Assembly -which will go to by-polls on vember 3 and counting on vember 10.
