West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Friday jogged for 10 kilometers in Darjeeling hills to spread awareness on the occasion of International Day of Climate Action

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on October 25, jogged for 10 kilometers in Kuresong city of Darjeeling district of West Bengal. West Bengal CM was jogging to create awareness about conserving environment on occasion of International Day of Climate Action.

Mamata Banerjee jogs for 10 km in Darjeeling Hills
Kwn to be a fitness conscious person, Mamata Banerjee, along with a group of people, jogged from Kurseong to Mahani area. While jogging on stretch between Kuresong to Mahani, Mamata Banerjee also stopped to interact with local population about conserving nature and preserving natural greenery.
West Bengal CM also shared video of her jogging on mountains of Darjeeling on her official Facebook p.

Earlier on October 24, Mamata Banerjee h also tweeted about International Day of Climate action and h also encourd her followers to take all possible efforts to conserve environment.

4000 events across 175 countries
On eve of International Day of Climate Action, as many as 4000 events were reportedly conducted in 175 countries across world with hundreds of thousands of people across globe gared to call for an end to global warming.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also brought global warming to attention of masses, climate change and plastic pollution on several international as well as domestic forums.
