-
COMPARISON WITH OCTOBER, 2018: Let us take a look at national Approval Ratings for Tamil Nadu on a month on month basis:
- However, story when compared with last month seems to be shifting more in terms of vote share than seat share
- While AIADMK has mand to t change its seat share projection in last month, it has increased its vote share by 10.5% which seems to be a significant jump in 30 days
- Similarly, ors might t have opened re seat share tally but vote shares have gone up by 13.2% in last month
- DMK which has gained 18.5% of vote share since its 2014 performance has seen an additional jump of 4.2% from its previous month projection. In or words, story is that all regional parties are steaming in to hit ground in ir campaigning
- Historically, a 29 seat tally for DMK means that it is parties best performance ever
- Should AIADMK get 9 seats it would be exacting performance recorded by Jayalalitha in 2009

2018 has been a blockbuster year so far as far as political landscape of India is concerned. With countdown to all-important 2019 Lok Sabha polls on, and with critical assembly elections in five states due in next few weeks, vember may just be most important month in terms of deciding who will come up trumps in general elections. Even as Prime Minister dedicated world's tallest statue -- Statue of Unity -- to nation on 143rd birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and a few days before that, commemorated Subhash Chandra Bose and 75th anniversary of Azad Hind Government, a massive war of words was triggered over appropriation of freedom icons. Additionally, Supreme Court has delayed its hearings in Ayodhya dispute, and will only decide in January when hearings will take place. This has caused many among pro-Mandir bent-of-mind, including RSS, VHP and Hindu Mahasabha, to push government to do whatever it can to build Ram Mandir, with an ordinance on matter most frequently stated solution. In last month has seen heated polemics over events at CBI, with government acting on CVC's recommendation to send two top-most officers at India's premier investigative ncy -- Rakesh Asthana and Alok Verma -- on leave after y had both accused or of corruption.
results of 2019 Lok Sabha elections may or may t reflect results or scenarios of state assembly elections, neverless, to establish where we stand at present, Republic TV and CVoter has presented National Approval Ratings.
