National Approval Ratings: UPA and NDA projected to win one seat each in a closely contested Manipur

In the state of Manipur, which has two Lok Sabha seats, it is projected that there will be a tie between Congress-led UPA and BJP-led NDA

Just months ahead of much-awaited Lok Sabha polls, Republic TV, in association with C-Voter, has come up with fourth edition of National Approval Ratings to determine how elections could pan out should y be held in January.

In state of Manipur, which has two Lok Sabha seats, it is projected that re will be a tie between Congress-led UPA and BJP-led NDA. Both of m are expected to win one seat each, with close contest expected even in terms of vote share - UPA with 40.3% and NDA with 39.4%. Ors will fail to grab a single seat despite a projected vote share of 20.3%.

Comparison to previous editions

UPA: In December edition, y were projected to t win a single seat with a vote share of 40.1%. It was a much projection to ir situation in vember, when it was predicted that y will win zero seats with just 31.6% votes. So, this time around, ie January edition, UPA is projected to t only improve its vote share, but also open its account in terms of seats.

National Approval Ratings: In Manipur, BJP Projected To Win Both Seats

NDA: In December edition, y were winning both seats with a handsome vote share of 41.6%. It was an increase, in terms of vote share, in comparison to ir projected situation in vember - NDA was projected to win two seats with a vote share of 38%. Hence, this time around, it is t only a drop in terms of vote share, but also in terms of seat share.

Ors: y were projected to win zero seats in previous editions. In vember, it was projected that y will get 30.5% votes, which means this time around, in comparison to vember, y will massively lose ir vote share. Though, in comparison to December, y are faring slightly better.
