As Delhi government has planned to d 20,000 beds across hotels and banquet halls of national capital in coming week in order to cope up with rise in COVID-19 cases, Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday, took a dig at government over Coronavirus manment. Taking to Twitter, he questioned government's use of lockdown. He furr questioned Delhi government of "buying propaganda" that lockdown was cure for virus.

Meanwhile, BJP's National IT He Amit Malviya on Sunday slammed Delhi government as well over Coronavirus manment after Delhi government declared small and medium multispeciality nursing homes having 10 to 49 beds as 'COVID nursing homes' to increase bed capacity for COVID-19 patients. Taking to Twitter, he questioned govt if nursing homes were equipped to handle COVID patients. He furr slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and stated he "does t seem to have grasped problem."

COVID-19 in Delhi
In yet ar spike on Saturday, national capital recorded 2,134 fresh coronavirus cases, taking total COVID-19 tally closer to 39,000-mark. It was second consecutive day when number of reported cases breached 2,000-mark. According to Delhi Health Department bulletin, death toll from coronavirus w stands at 1,271 and total number of cases at 38,958. So far, as many as 14,945 patients have recovered, been discharged or migrated to ar country, while re are 22,742 active cases.
