Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Monday made ar statement targeting Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said that re are four "people" who carry out 'Operation Kamal' including Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax Department and police. "re are four people who carry out 'Operation Kamal' which are CBI, ED, Income Tax dept and Police. But it will t yield any result here. If you have majority n why do you need an 'Operation Kamal'?," said Sanjay Raut. He furr asserted that he has 'full faith' in Supreme Court regarding its decision on Maharashtra's current situation.

"People who have supported Ajit Pawar are gradually coming back. entire operation was carried out in a hotel in Gurgaon. NCP and Shiv Sena leaders went re last night and conducted 'rescue operation'," Raut added. "Those MLAs (who were staying in hotel in Gurgaon) told about offers made by BJP and how y have been threatened by BJP," he added.
Petition against Maharastra Goverr
Sanjay Raut along with leaders from NCP, Shiv Sena, and Congress made accusations after BJP formed a government on Saturday morning in Maharashtra when Devendra Fadnavis took oath for second consecutive term as state Chief Minister, with NCP's Ajit Pawar as his Deputy Chief Minister. decision came as a surprise as deliberations among Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena on formation of a n-BJP government in state was reaching final st. Subsequently, a petition was filed by Shiv Sena, NCP, and Congress against decision taken by Maharastra Goverr to invite BJP to form government.

In a special hearing on Sunday, a bench of Justices N V Ramana, Ashok Bhushan, and Sanjiv Khanna sought production of relevant documents including Maharashtra Goverr's letter inviting BJP to form government and letter of support of MLAs. Supreme Court, had stated that order on when floor test will be passed on Monday after reviewing goverr's order. It has also directed Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who was representing Centre, to produce letter by goverr inviting m (BJP) to form government and letter sent by Fadnavis saying y have numbers, on Monday.
