On Constitution Day, opposition parties stage a protest outside the Parliament and boycotted the joint session in the Central Hall over govt formation in Maha.

Opposition parties on Tuesday std a protest outside Parliament and boycotted joint session in Central Hall on occasion of Constitution Day. Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and party leers including Rahul Gandhi, Ghulam Nabi Az, AK Antony among ors protested in front of Ambedkar Statue opposing government formation in Maharashtra by BJP. y decided to boycott President Ram Nath Kovind's dress that was underway in parliament. Congress leer and Wayan MP Rahul Gandhi h earlier questioned government over "democracy", talking about recent developments in Maharashtra. Though Rahul Gandhi was t present in Lok Sabha in its first week, he alleged "murder of democracy" in state.

 "Today we are protesting against government which is violating Constitution one side and celebrating it on or," Congress Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor told ANI.

In a massive development, Supreme Court, on Tuesday, has ordered a floor test in Maharashtra Assembly on Wednesday - vember 27, at 5 PM. apex court has also asked for secret ballot to be used for casting votes. Supreme Court has also stated that a Protem Speaker must be appointed immediately and that he will hold floor test on Wednesday. Furrmore, apex court has called for a Special Assembly session on vember 27 to minister oath to all MLAs prior to floor test at 5 PM. apex court has also stated that floor test will be telecasted live. Supreme Court has t constitutional validity of present government and goverr's decision
