Singh, who t only attended special Assembly session, but also spoke in House against her party's decision to boycott it, was among 40 star campaigners of Congress for bypolls to 11 Assembly seats slated for October 21, party sources said. Though Congress leers refused to speak on matter, party insiders said list was prepared before Singh defied party whip.

Asked if party h received Singh's reply, Lallu said he was t aware of it as CLP office was closed on account of Dussehra holidays.
