Rahul Gandhi had no political clearance for London trip, skipped procedures: Govt Sources

Ex-Congress president Rahul Gandhi skipped due procedure and did not seek political clearance for his visit to United Kingdom, government sources have revealed. disclosure comes amid heavy scrutiny that Gandhi scion is facing over his remarks at  'Ideas for India' conference, and later his meeting with controversial British Labour Party leer
and MP Jeremy Corbyn. 

Top sources in government told news agency ANI that  Congress MP skipped due procedure, and h not sought political clearance for trip. Moreover, y have revealed that anor Member of Parliament, Professor Manoj Jha from Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), who also went for a function in which Rahul Gandhi was participating in London, h all due permission including - due political clearance. Jha h spoken at Cambridge University, a day ahe of Rahul Gandhi. 

Rahul Gandhi meets Jeremy Corbyn

After making questionable remarks in United Kingdom at 'Ideas for India' conference, Rahul Gandhi met former UK Labour party leer Jeremy Corbyn, who is known for his anti-India, anti-Hindu stances. In image shared by Indian Overseas Congress (IOC), Corbyn can be seen posing for a picture, flanked by chairman of IOC Sam Pitroda, and Rahul Gandhi. It is pertinent to note that Jeremy Corbyn was ousted from Labour party’s leership for his ‘anti-semantic’ views and has been a vocal supporter of Pakistan on Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).

Stunned over meeting, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday questioned as to what Congress leer was doing with British politician, who has been openly vocating for separation of Kashmir from India.

“Wher it is meeting with anti-India elements like Jeremy Corbyn who echo Pakistan propaganda on Kashmir or signing MoU with Chinese and taking Chinese money into RGF or meeting Chinese during Doklam, why is Rahul Gandhi’s hands always against with those against India?," BJP national spokesperson Shehz Poonawala questioned.
