Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday has targeted government over coronavirus. Taking to Twitter, he has said that coronavirus is a huge problem but government is in a stupor. He added that igring problem is a n-solution and that  Indian ecomy will be destroyed if strong action is t taken.

Earlier on February 12, Rahul Gandhi had targeted government and said that coronavirus is an "extremely serious threat" to our people and ecomy and government is t taking this threat seriously.  On Wednesday,  World Health Organisation (WHO) declared vel coronavirus or COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic. number of cases in India has risen up to 75 on Friday.

Coronavirus and precautions to be taken 

coronavirus (CoV) is a vel strain in large family of viruses that causes illnesses ranging from common cold to acute respiratory syndromes. Common symptoms of vel coronavirus (nCoV) strain include respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties, as per WHO. While re is vaccine to protect against this family of viruses, WHO has released a list of precaution that must be followed amid worldwide outbreak of virus.

  • Maintain social distancing
  • Avoid touching eyes, se and mouth
  • Practice respiratory hygiene
  • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care as soon as possible
  • Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider, stay away from fake news

A day after Jyotiraditya Scindia left Congress, former party president, Rahul Gandhi, in his first response on Madhya Pradesh crisis, has asked Prime Minister's office to focus on crashing oil prices. Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, he has urged Central government to slash petrol price in country under Rs 60, and has accused PMO of "destabilising an elected Congress government."

Later on Thursday, he said that Scindia was only one who can walk into his house anytime. "He is only chap in Congress who could walk into my house anytime... He was with me in college."
