In yet ar attack on Prime Minister and his government, former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi urged PM Modi to 'speak truth' and tell people if Chinese have occupied any Indian territory. Gandhi claimed that he has 'heard' that Chinese have occupied Indian territory at t one but three locations. Despite being schooled by EAM S Jaishankar earlier, Congress leer again raised query of why were soldiers martyred at Galwan Valley sent 'unarmed,' in his video mess on Friday.
Taking to Twitter, Rahul Gandhi in a video said, " entire country is united and stands with country and army. A few days ago, our Prime Minister h said that one has occupied even an inch of Indian territory, one intruded in our country. But we have heard, people of Lakh are also speaking, and satellite ims have shown, and even army generals are saying that China has occupied our land. t one, but three territories have been occupied by Chinese."

Demanding Prime Minister to speak 'truth,' Gandhi repeatedly assured him that re is 'need to be afraid.' former Congress chief also called on PM Modi to 'accept' that Chinese have occupied Indian territory and entire country will stand behind him united. "If you are saying that land has been occupied and if you deny it, n China will benefit," Gandhi remarked.

Disengment at LAC
As per sources, signs of troop reduction and de-escalation has taken place at one location along LAC. Disengment at several points along LAC - Galwan, Pangong Lake, Depsang will take place in sts. On Tuesday, sources h reported that Chinese PLA troops h reoccupied areas that y h previously disengd from after June 6 meeting. India, in its commander-level talks, has demanded a return to status quo in April, asking Chinese to remove ditional buildup done in Galwan and Pangong Tso areas.

MEA hits out at China
Slamming China's incursion into Indian territory at LAC, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar asserted that Chinese side took pre-meditated and planned action that was directly responsible for resulting violence and casualties which reflected its intent to 'change facts' on ground in violation of previous agreements reached during his telephonic conversation with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
