Ready to Face Assembly By-Polls: CM Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said ruling Congress is rey to face by-elections in Channapatna, Shiggaon and Sandur Assembly constituencies.

Election Commission announced that by-elections would be held in three segments on November 13. "We are rey to face by-elections and have me all preparations. We will contest it," Siddaramaiah told reporters here.

by-polls in Channapatna, Shiggaon, and Sandur were due after H D Kumaraswamy (JD(S)), Basavaraj Bommai ( BJP ) and E Tukaram ( Congress ) resigned following ir victory in Lok Sabha elections in May this year.
